“Allow My Grief" was born from the depths of my pain, tragedy, and profound loss. In a single, life-altering moment of grief, everything changed. I lost my mother, my twin sister, my nephew to the system, my father, and my marriage.

Each loss pulled me deeper into sorrow, until all I could do was cry out from the core of my soul: “Please… allow my grief”.

The contents of this journal will continue to be personally authored through my journey of grief and loss. I pray this helps you as it helped me! Keep in mind that using this journal is not a race. There is no competition against other grievers.

Instead, it is a deeply personal journey taken at your own pace. So, breathe, inhale and exhale.
